Balanced, very well tolerated complex of essential amino acids

Essential amino acids cannot be produced in sufficient form by the body and must therefore be supplied through food. Amino acids are important building blocks in our muscles and are present in the tendons, ligaments and also in the skin. Many hormones also consist of amino acids and ensure the transport of food and oxygen in the body.

Daily dose: Swallow 5 capsules (1 capsule contains 495 mg of essential amino acids) with a little water.

Ingredients: Leucine (100 mg), Phenylalanine (90 mg), Lysine (80 mg), Valine (55 mg), Isoleucine (50 mg), Methionine (50 mg), Threonine (50 mg), Tryptophan (20 mg)

Why does the body need Amino 8 Complex?

The term “Amino 8 complex” is not specific and could indicate a mixture of eight different amino acids. Amino acids are the building blocks of proteins and play a crucial role in the body. There are 20 different amino acids, nine of which are considered essential because the body cannot produce them itself and therefore they must be obtained through the diet. Here are some possible reasons why an Amino 8 complex, which contains a balanced blend of amino acids, might be beneficial to the body.

Protein biosynthesis

  • Muscle Growth and Repair - Amino acids are crucial for the synthesis of proteins, including those necessary for muscle growth and repair.

Energy production

  • Carbohydrate metabolism - Some amino acids can be converted into glucose in the body and thus contribute to energy production.

Neurotransmitter production

  • Neurotransmitter function - Certain amino acids are precursors to neurotransmitters in the brain that play a role in signal transmission between nerve cells.

immune system

  • Immune function - Amino acids are important for the formation of antibodies and other components of the immune system that help fight infections.

Hormone synthesis

  • Hormone production - Some amino acids are precursors to hormones that have important regulatory functions in the body.

Metabolic regulation

  • Weight Management - Amino acids can influence metabolism and potentially help regulate body weight.

Tissue repair

  • Wound Healing - Amino acids play a role in repairing tissues, including skin.
